Looking for prop near Jax to borrow....
I have been restoring a 1989 Ranger 361V with the original Black Max 150 XR4. Just got it out of the shop a week ago and have run it a couple times. It has a 6” manual jackplate with a laser 2 24p prop, terrible holeshot, wants to blow out trimmed down. Getting 52 mph (gps) at 5100-5200 rpms. Looking to drop down to possibly a 22p to raise rpms and better hole shot. If anyone has a prop close to that I could borrow to try to dial it in, I would also be interested in purchasing the right prop, just don’t want to buy until I verify it’s the right setup...any suggestions would b greatly appreciated....

I would try a 21p with that Boat/Motor setup . Had an 86 Ranger
375 same motor turning 58-59 rpm to 60 mph

Thanks gambler1, I spoke to Charlie at River Marine, who worked on my boat and he recommended a 21 or 22p. I may have found a 21P Laser II that I may buy, I will post my results in case it may benefit someone else. I posted this in the ranger forum, but didn't get much help. Thx
