When I hit down on the trim button there is a "click" noise but the motor does not move. When I hit up on the trim button, there is no "click" noise and the motor does not move. Motor is a 1985 Mercury 115 Tower of Power for reference. Thanks!

Had a problem with my trim a bit ago. Pulled power wires from the relays and connected power direct. No movement. Replaced the trim motor.
