    2017 z521c Leak

Bilge pump kicked on suddenly yesterday. Put it on the trailer and started looking for the issue. Found this loose in the set back area with a hole where the housing had disintegrated. It was mounted next to the down scan transducer. I'm going to try to post a picture. BTW this is not the hole that drains the splashwell.

    Anyone know what this is?

    Thanks in advance!Boat Issue 1.jpgBoat Issue 2.jpg

Looks like the water temp sensor connected to a NEMA 2000 network, assuming you have a Lowrance sonar at the counsel.

The plumbing fittings do not have wires going into them as the part in the picture.

Exactly...going to have to resecure that. Should be able to access after removing charger, prop pad, and or battery.

That should be warranty on a 17 if your the original owner.

Follow up - yes, this is a water temp sensor. Part number 307780 in case anyone else has this issue.

    Thanks for the replies...
