Columbia River/Portland Area Fishing Guides

I am going on a trip somewhat last minute trip to Portland and the Oregon coast later this month July 20-27. We are flying into Portland and then staying down near Lincoln city for the week.

It just hit me that we will be right near the Columbia River which from what I've heard is a world class fishery. I know absolutely nothing about it, but would be interesting in fishing it given the opportunity.

Are there any good sites to look up local guides or anyone have recommendations? I realize it's last minute, but figured, I would at least look into to.

If you want to go a little farther up the Columbia I would give Kimo Gabriel at Gabriels Guide Service a call, the best there is for walleye bass steelhead & salmon. He is out of Hermiston, 541-571-4343. He is on facebook. a great guy too, I used to work on his outboards.
