Hey folks. Had anyone replaced the bushings inside the leaf springs and cam on a fuel axle trailer? Curious to see if I should jack up the trailer or axle to remove and replace them 1 by 1. Thanks

I did mine one at a time at a boat ramp and a floor jack with the boat off of trailer.

Did mine in garage, boat an trailer, one at a time. Really easy using air tools.

I did mine, in the driveway, with boat on the trailer. Would have been way less aggravating with the boat off the trailer.

Did y'all jack up the frame of the trailer and not each axle? In my mind I need to get the weight off the springs so I jack up the trailer frame. Am I correct. Going to be replacing 11 of 14 tomorrow.(someone miss counted when ordering )
i jacked frame to take tension off the shackle. Used jack to align when reassembling.

Get yourself some of these and never replace bushings again.

We need a link for these. Thanks.
Easternmarine.com sells them. They are wet shackle bolts.
Thanks for the link, should be a big help to most .
