I saw a HB SI Transducer installed to the transom on the drivers side
of a 1875 Lund Bass. I was told the motor in the down position wouldnt
intrafer w/the read. I dont see how that is possible, but I will be faced
w/the same situation once my boat arrives.
My current boat has it on the JP. LDS

Yep, still in Jewell trigger business. New boat will be the Bass 1875 Lund.
My TV18 has a HDS 12 at the console and Two Elte 7s on the bow,
all connected. We took the console a loose from the floor in order
to feed the cables to the front. We used an old throttle cable to
feed the cables from the transom to the console(2 transducer and a Point 1 Cable).
These boats were not designed to add all the extra electronics available today.

Well if that hull has a step I did my Lowrance SI like this. After looking everywhere and finding some other people online had done the same. Works and you will have to slightly trim the motor up a little. Like other people I put mine on the port side and reused holes from factory or dealer install. Like I said working I hope photo loads

Do you have to have you engine trimmed up slightly
for the SI to read to the port side??? LDS
