Any good smaller lakes near Mt Clemens-St Clair ?

Hey guys I’m looking for a good smaller, calmer, less busy lake to fish for bass near Mt Clemens.
I found Lake Orion and Cass Lake And Orchard Lake And was wondering if any of you have fished it with a boat and how they are this time of year or if you have any other lakes to suggest?

All those lakes can be good fishing but will be crowded on the weekends (mostly with pleasure boaters). Personally I would fish the rivers or channels instead if you get a day with rough weather.

Maceday and Louts are decent and you can hide from boat track pretty well.

I don’t mind a few pleasure boaters but not a ton of them flying past me all the time.
So the rivers and channels a lot more calm? Where is a good place to launch for bass?
