    Not looking good

Anyone have any thoughts on how to fix? The areas are rough. Not sure if it is beyond wet sanding or if i should just give it a go..

It is a 99 stratos 201 pro elite..

At that point ...what's to lose?....wet sand. Find some shade, you're going to be there a while!
It'll at least look somewhat better. You'll be surprised I'm sure.

Read ProTec directions and others on here who have went through the process.
Good luck! You'll be happier with the result, but you'll definitely be tired

I would start with a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water and use one of those "magic erasers". I get them from the dollar store. You will remove all the hard water buildup first. Then you can go to wet sanding. Just starting to do my hull. Before and after pics. This was less than 10 min work with the eraser sponge and water mixture.

3m gelcoat compound and wool buffer wheel would be a good place to start IMO
