Prez Signed into Law Yesterday HR-299

Yesterday the President signed into law HR-299 which restores Agent Orange Benefits to many of the Blue Water Sailors & Marines that served on ships off the coast of Vietnam. While this is a great victory for veterans of the Vietnam war, it falls short of including all Blue Water Sailors. The effort continues to push for benefits for those that HR-299, by it's wording, unintentionally omitted.

You can read all about it here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/Blue...vyAssociation/

I don't know if we have any BBC Veterans that this effects, other than myself, but in case you served in Vietnam onboard any of the ships that were stationed in the Gulf of Tonkin, and have any of the list of presumptive diseases caused by AO exposure, you need to get your claim started ASAP.

    Good Luck!

I seriously doubt the wording was unintentional, too many lawyers.
