2002 triton tr20 no holeshot

I have a 200 Honda on it . When I bought it it had 26p tempest that took forever to get on plane. I just tried a 23p laser , it done pretty good with my partner n full fuel. The problem reoccurred when I filled the livewells . Could not get on plane until my partner stepped up front . My ptp is 2 3/4'' , 5900 rpm's and I'm not real sure of speed but i feel like I was in the low 60's . I can get my hands on a 23p 4 blade trophy to try . Does anyone on here have any suggestions on props or motor heights? thanks

You are a little under powered for that hull. And you didn't mention if you have a Jack plate or power poles so it's hard to know which prop you might need but these hulls like Tempest props. Give it a try.
