Fried Egg on a Burger Question

Do you use traditional mustard & ketchup or a BBQ sauce?? Plan on trying this on the blackstone with onions & cheese.

I put just a hint of mayo and ketchup and a fair amount of sautéed onions on top of melted cheese on my burger.
I don't like bacon on my burgers, but I do cook the eggs on my Blackstone in bacon grease. I get the edges of the egg crispy and make sure the yoke is very runny. Plop the egg on top and eat away. Darn good that way.

I also make capicola sandwiches almost Primanto Brothers style. I heat the capicola and melt some cheese on it on my Blackstone. I put some coleslaw on top of the capicola then I put the bacon grease cooked runny yoke egg on top. Primanti style would include French fries as well.

Whatever you like, make sure the yoke is very runny.

Mustard or Peanut Butter is actually very good as well, there is a Burger joint in MN that has PB on their breakfast burger with egg, it works!

To the point, I often put a fried egg over easy on PB toast like an open face sandwich, sounds weird, but it works
