X19 specs and years

I’m looking to upgrade boats from a 17’ xpress to an x19. Going to buy used. Can you all recommend years to focus on or avoid. Specifically, years where the beam, front deck width or hull thickness increased. I actually prefer the decks before they went to the step up but I’m not sure if that’s when the beam increased as well. Also, is there any way to fit these in a 8’ garage? I have a three car so I can put it in the other just curious. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
