Check to see if the left side is working. It should have been hot. Brake hubs are always hot, and if the right one was doing all the braking it might be hotter than normal.

You may have a collapsed brake line. And after it sat for some time the caliper relaxed. The brake worked correctly?

Well I went fishing yesterday and when the boat was off the trailer I looked at the lines doesn’t look like they are collapsing

OK, ive got the A-60 coupler on my trailer and I'm wanting to put it on jack stands and remove both calipers to see if one or the other is not working. will it mess that brake system up if I remove the cap off the cyl and push the pistons in manually to see if if one is hung up or not. atleast that's how its done in the automotive shop I work at. labor day I went to a lake about 20 miles away and that right side is getting hotter than the left. if they we both working properly id think both side would be the same temp or close to it.

Did you replace the A-60 actuator? If so, you need to bleed the master cylinder then bleed the brakes. If you did not replace the actuator, jack up the trailer, push up on the pushrod release bracket to release the brakes and check if you can spin the wheels. See page 7 and 8.

    DB-7

DB-35 has two mounting holes vs. one on the 42
