Battery charger on my Ranger

I've got a Ranger PS4 charger on my boat and I've got one light blinking on one of the batt's, I can't seem to find the code on the charger anywhere to indicate what this means?

I've checked the connections and they seem fine, so not sure what this means?

Check the Battery. If you change the leads on the blinking pair to another battery, you can determine if it's the battery or the charger that is malfunctioning. I would suspect it's the battery.
