    Helix 5 lagging problem

    Seems like every few seconds it has a lag issue. I have a video showing the problem hoping someone can help me out thanks.

    Even if it is at 2 or 3 it does the same thing.. i noticed that the voltage drops by .1 when it happens

    It may need to go back to the factory for repair then. Call their CS dept and see if they can help.
