    Question 2000 518VX Comanche live well issue

    I have a 2000 Ranger 518VX and the live wells will not hold water for very long before it’s empty. Does anyone know what brand of parts Ranger used and where to buy and what to buy? Also, can I get a owners manual for this boat?

    flow-rite is the maker,you can buy the flapper kits for them,make sure your cable is going thru the right steps also

    You can buy a repair kit from flowrite but it might better to get a new valve. There is enough flex in the piping to remove the valve,I’ve had mine out several times,just be careful not to break the pipes. I have a 2000 Ranger catalogue with the info on that boat. I don’t want to sell it but I can tell you what it says. I have a 2000 vx518 also.
