    23 Fury question

    just bought a 23 Fury for my Mercury 250 pro xs 4S. I got it mounted and it does not want to turn freely when I try to spin it with my hand like the Tempest that was on it. Seems strange because when I bought the boat it had a 24 Fury. Any idea?

    Did you make sure the thrust washer is on the propshaft and not stuck to the prop you took off?

    It's not slightly in gear is it? Did you put all the parts that go in the hub kit in the prop including the forward cone washer in the Delron sleeve.
