I want to try a Mercury Promax prop on my Yamaha 250 ox66. I have a hub kit minus the thrust washer. Would I need the Mercury thrust washer or the Yamaha thrust washer? Can I buy just the washer or do I have to buy a hole kit?

You need the thrust washer that comes in the 835271Q2 hub kit.... Not the thrust washer for a Yamaha propeller. It's probably about the same price for the whole kit, If you look good.
