I brought a sd card large enough to put both updates on include the maps. I downloaded the files and unzipped them using winzip app and installed it on the card. When I put it in the Solix unit it never recognized the sd card. Same thing in the helix unit. I tried to Bluetooth it and use fishsmart phone and iPad would pair but it wouldn’t ever show software please help.

What size card did you use? If I remember correctly, the units will not recognize a card larger than 32gb.
