Need Prop advice for my 2003 Tr-20

    Hello, everyone,

Looking for some advice...I finally have all of the upgrades installed and now I have to find the right prop to accommodate for the added weight to get a better hole shot. The motor is running great, replaced the lower unit with a Mercury OEM, just tuned it up, replaced the oil injection tank, filters, thermostats and pressure check valve on the STBD side of the motor. I know I will never see the 77 mph I used to get before the 36v conversion, Power Poles and hydraulic jack plate, but my hole shot has suffered with the 4-Blade 26p Trophy+. I have a 2003 Mercury 225 EFI (OT735467). I am hoping somebody has done similar upgrades and found the right prop for the added weight. I am topping out at 66 mph and I am okay with that, but the delayed hole shot is driving me crazy! I tried a 26p 3-Blade Fury and didn't get any results. Thanks in advance for any advice or feedback!
