    2017 mercury 150 4 stroke

i have a 2017 mercury 150 4 stroke and when i turn the key the starter solenoid momentary supplies 12 volts to the starter. i have changed the start relay and checked all of the fuses, i have bypassed the neutral safety switch, i am thinking the ECM has failed at 37 hours on the motor. any one have a clue what else it could possible be? it is like the ecm is not keeping the relay hot until the motor cranks. i can manually start the motor by putting 12 volts to the starter solenoid

You might try posting in the 4-stroke forum 3 below this one, but better yet, your engine should still be under warranty and I recommend you contact your dealer to have this issue resolved and documented for warranty purposes.
