Where Do You Throw A Neko Rig

Trying to improve my finesse game and and learning the Neko Rig. What type of structure do you all throw it on? I'm looking to use it as more of an off shore technique so I've been throwing it just off of deep weedlines and points and humps.

Throw it anywhere you can. Devastatingly good technique.

I agree with MJL...I throw it everywhere. Really the only place I won't throw it is into brush because I don't use a hook that's weedless enough for that type of thing, but that's not really a concern here in most MN fishing unless you're fishing the river.

Thanks for the replies everybody. I'll keep trying it. Caught our biggest fish on my second cast ever with it Sunday in our tournament. 3.5 lber. Threw the kitchen sink that day and finally said "F" it. I'm throwing the Neko.

Anywhere, but especially like skipping it under docks, flipping into holes in the weeds, and into timber. For a great texas rig neko setup, look at the Decoy neko hooks at TW. The work really well and are pretty unique.

literally anywhere. deadly technique. if you are fishing hard bottom keep the weight exposed or use the VMC neko weight, better feel.

I throw it everywhere but the neko rig really has started to shine for me on deep structure.
