Nope just solid black cap but looks the same..however they all dont stick out the same distance like a bearing buddy style would but there is no outside cap like a bearing buddy
Have they been replaced or is that how the boat came new. They should be Vault system hubs but the caps could have been changed.
They are oil bath hubs, probably Vault.
Yea they were like that when I bought it last year so I'll pull the wheels today and confirm and stain/refill them
