Her company has this huge hiring thing going on and she kicked butt doing her stuff for it. She got all of her candidates in place and set, and off to training LONG before anyone else did. She sent them off to training so fast the company had to add training classes. So she was done with the Phase 1, and maxin' and relaxin' while all the other people in her crew were pulling their hair out. (She was already working on the Phase 2 part of the hiring blitz)
...and then one of the other people goes on vacation
...and my wife is assigned to cover her
...and this other person has not done a darn thing to get started on the hiring (deadline is this Friday).
So now she is pulling her hair out.
She worked so hard to get Phase 1 done and set so she could concentrate on her normal work (she has the largest market in her team and the most normal work load) and get ahead of the game on Phase 2 - now I am listening to her cuss her head from the office and am thinking I made a mistake scheduling at home work this week.
Maybe it is a good day to go count the shingles on the roof or leaves on the trees.
Anyone need to loops on their boat carpet counted?
