    whats on the grill / smoker live thread

    Figure i'd post this here for some entertainment on down time when were not looking at boat stuff...

    post your live / weekend cooks you did

    last weekends cook on the kamado... made some chicken Cordon blue (chicken breasts stuffed with cheese and ham and wrapped in bacon)

    Yeap that's all peppers onions n cheese

    I will say if you like your burgers med rare ish I'd pre cook veggies a touch good time to give them an extra seasoning too

    Thanks. Looks good. We've done a jalapeno popper version with shredded cheddar, diced jalapenos, crumbled bacon and cream cheese.

    I was fairly quiet on the grill this past weekend!

    only did a pork loin which i stuffed with turkey bacon. turned out solid!

    Nice! Chicken quarters over charcoal are hard to beat.
    I did burgers and brats on a Traeger. Forgot the pics.

    Yea I find both burgs n chicken quarters really take on that charcoal flavor over 95% of any other meats I tend to cook on direct "high" heat with it....

    Manage to spend some time on the grill this weekend.

    Had some Rib steaks on friday and managed to smoke a brisket hot n fast on sunday long weekends FTW ! Brisket didnt turn out perfect but it was tender and juicy at least

    def cant go wrong with pulled pork! love the fact its one of the easiest pieces to make and requires VERY little attention and always usually comes out good

    any finished pics or anythign condor? I havent actually bothered trying a roast yet on the smokey i def should.....

    I just got done doing some shopping at costco and they had a sale going on so picked up a brisket n some ribs... going to be goooooood

    Same here. I've heard of smoking a roast, but never tried it.
