Does anyone happen to know what beep/beeps mean what? The engine beeps one time like normal when starting then continues to beep....beep....beep until is it shut off again. As soon as its restarted the same thing happens. I have run Evinrudes my whole life this is my first Mercury. Are they the same?
Engine is filled with oil and peeing fine.
Could this beep....beep....beep mean the oil float isnt working correctly? Possibly a float/magnet issue?
