A few Element HV questions

Will it recognize my Point 1 through the NMEA 2000 Network?
Will it share Navionics Mapping?
Pixel count of the Element 12 ?
Is there a Mega transducer that excludes 3D?
So far, how are the updates doing as far as accuracy?
How many amps does the 12 draw?

Point one, Yes
Map Sharing??? Newest soft ware allows to share waypoints, not sure on maps.
Pixel count? not sure screen is 1280X800 WXGA
The 3D is just a combination of the transducer. The only way to do away with the 3d is to lose either the side or down vision part of the transducer. So you can use other transducer, but you want have the side and down vision.
Updates come out all the time to fix issues or add features. Just like the latest that allow you to link two units together.
12 draws 25 watts at full capacity.

Never owned a Element, I run currently the Axom Pro, so I could be off on the above but Curt will come along and correct any miss information.

I can't get anything else to upload. All my files are 1200 x 720 and BBC wont upload over 1024 x 768

I got the boat and Element ready to go, but when i got to the river it was a raging mess.

I appreciate the input..I don't do Funnybook or Tweetie so I depend on posts here.

I would like to know about the Map sharing.

I am looking hard at the Element HV 12..& would like more images of brush, etc.

The units do not share a Maps. You can buy the unit with a map card and put the chart in each unit and then share away points between units.

Chief, any chance you or somebody else can throw some pictures up here. I provided a pile of what I have and everything else is formatted too large and I can’t post it.
