    New 401k legislation

    It has not passed yet but one provision contained in the bill is that you will need to completely zero any inherited IRA within 10 years. The Senate bill has a change that says it will apply to amounts over $400,000.00. Hard to say where it will end up but the bill appears to have bi partisan support. Just an FYI if you have an inherited IRA. Keep an eye on it and plan accordingly.

    Whats the point? I think some people can't stand the idea of inherited wealth for whatever reason.
