Just to clarify the boot is the bottom that most would normally call the hull. The hull is the side panel if you think about it.
I've never seen a BCB with a polyflake boot though.
It’s a matter of personal preference. Took a tour of the factory a couple of years ago, and they had two boats in final assembly with poly flake. One was a Bass Cat, and one was a Yar Craft. Both were good looking rigs. They did only have the flake on the upper part of the boat.
As an aside, I am old enough to remember when pretty much all bass boats had flake.

They do flake boots and full flake one color.
BCB
I have had it on my last 2 cats and it looks great.
One thing to consider.....a flake "boot" or bottom is much more difficult to repair than a standard gel boot. If you fish stumpy, rocky lakes the boot will get some scratches and with a standard grey, black or white boot those scratches will be much easier to repair.

I guess it is personal preference but I would not want flake on the boot. Too expensive to repair and in clearer water it would light you up to the fish even worse. I would stick with a medium gray or black.
I had a PII back in the 90's that had a Malibu Silver boot and hull. I would stay away from any "disco" colors on the boot though.
