An ozone machine is great for deodorizing but it doesn’t penetrate fabrics or padding very well. I tried the tent with ozone machine for several days on a few items that reeked of cigarette smoke. No luck. Unfortunately, you will have to live with the smell for a while.

OZIUM...Google it. It works! Knew some folks that used it decades ago to eliminate certain smoke smells. In your case get the spray and gel and use as directed. Roll up the windows (tent the seats) and it will also take care of the cat piss, sardine and cat fish smells. I can not be around a lot of the odor eliminator (mask) sprays, but Ozium never bothered me. Good luck and as stated it may take some time.
