Really didnt see many individual fish on imaging that produced a good shot. There may be a couple in these pics...you decide. Wasnt the best place for shallow detailed images of fish.
455 was much clearer than with previous units/xdcrs.....no more "fuzzy" images. UHD can produce HD shots, but mostly(expectedly) in pretty shallow water.

Thanks for posting, they look pretty good. Hope someone post some shots with brush, docks, or fish.
some 2d shots.
I was using a wider cone to spot fish, for the most part. And the 4th shot is my error.....adjustments are off on the downvu, i needed to make them brighter for the 72ft depth.

Dang good seeing fish that deep in 2nd shot, nice!
Thanks for posting all those pics, that looks really sweet!
I was told by a guide this week that the new Garmin ultra echomap units are hands down clearer side imaging than Humminbird's Gen3. He has both 12" units on his boat.

When I keep my gratitude higher than my expectations I have a good day
took the 106 out for a little bit today. Lots of smearing due to the river being very high and muddy. I could be wrong, but I swear this is a paddlefish. more pics to come

That's awesome! Definitely looks like a paddlefish lol. What river?
I'd say a spoon bill also....

Allegheny River. Theyre pretty rare here.
Funny thing is, the damn thing was hanging right under the boat for awhile. I have a couple more pics of it.
my settings were, once again, not ideal. I was running a Raymarine Element at the same time, so juggling settings on both at the same time while also trying to control the boat so the girlfriend could fish
very soft bottom, and very muddy water
