The June NoAl tournament was held on Wilson today with a total of 6 boats participating, which was actually a decent turnout for this time of year. Every team managed to bring a five-fish limit to the scales but no one managed to land on a bunch of big fish. David and I managed to squeak out first place with limit weighing a total 10 pounds, two ounces, and Blake and Mike finished in second place with a 9 pound, 8 ounce limit. We had something happen today that I haven't seen in years and that was a two-way tie for big fish honors. Blake and Mike's big fish weighed a total of 2 pounds 14 ounces, and Harry Speegle's big fish weighed the same as well!
Thanks again to everyone who participated and I look forward to seeing everyone again next month! And don't forget that the next tournament will be our annual Tennessee River Trailer Tournament and will be held on the 20th of July so look for a sign up thread in the next week or so. Hope to see everyone there!
