All kinds of options. Table Rock, Grand lake of the Cherokees, Alan Henry (TX).
When I lived there I really enjoyed Ute and Santa Rosa. They are pretty small though.

Ya pick one. Many to choose from. I'd stay within 4-5 hours and fish Navajo...Mac.... Wilson... Norton.

Ute, Conchas and Santa Rosa are on fire for the past month. My dad fished Ute a couple weeks ago and did great. Some nice fish coming out of those lakes and it's somewhat close to Colorado Springs. I believe you dive off at Raton and head straight over.....
