    24 Hours of Le Mans

This is the ultimate race event my Dad looks forward to. He’s a gear head and has taken my brother and me to races Imsa, NASCAR, Indycar whatever burns gas and runs fast We lost my brother 5 years ago to GD cancer. My dad and I haven’t been to a race in a long time together. I wish I could take him to France some day to see this although he used to go to Europe and all over before he had kids.
What do y’all remember doing with your Dads

My dad first took me to the races when I was about 5 years old. Made me a race fan for life and a serious drag racer for going on 25 years now. He also taught me about fishing and boating as well. He passed away in 2003 but I still use a lot of the lessons he taught me.

Is he interested in the Rolex 24 Hours Of Daytona? A little less travel.

We did a lot of trap shooting, fishing and just general shooting and hunting. He got to watch me road race bikes only one time and would never go back again. Funny thing is he used to race dirt track bikes and never understood why his mom would never go. lol Isle of Man is my bucket list race to see in person. Miss ya pops.
