    Gatorbaks for riveted aluminum boat

I’m likely going to need to replace my bunk carpet in the next year or so, and was wondering what the Gatorbaks are like for my type of boat ( Smokercraft 18’6” deep-v aluminum). Just wanted to know if anyone else has them installed with this type of boat, and how they compare to carpet. I never have to power load at all with my rig, just drift it in place and winch it up the last foot or so, so I’m not concerned about that at all.

They should work ok. I have 3 new boxes, (16' 2x6, gray) ea box that work better for aluminum than fiberglass that I'd make you a good deal on if you decide to go that route.
