Marine network and transducer issues?

Hey guys

Just bought a 102sv with no transducer, and a 75sv with 52
Us2 adapter cable, and marine network cable.

Everything Ive read, everything online shows that both echomaps can communicate via marine networking. So Ive installed both units, ran the cord etc. Plugged everything in and turned them on

Its telling me "Transducer unplugged, power down and check connections and try again". This is on both units, I checked connections, verified everything was where it should be and re tried again with no change. Swapped units, us2 reads fine on the 75sv.

Also, neither unit will read eachother on the marine network, is there something I need to setup?

I noticed a blue and brown wire on the power cable to enable these features?

Is the 75 a plus version?

Yes its a plus.

So I plugged in a 54 that a buddy owns, and it worked in both units, as did the us2 after a reset on the base. Still no networking tho..
