Guess not
Needs to reboot on power up. You can then select frequently used for short cut. If your powering down while on water, just use sleep/standby instead of powering off.
Short answer! NOPE! Unit reboots on startup just like your home computer.

Are you referring to the addition of a Custom Screen Set Up. If so, the manual explains how to set one up under Combinations on page 15.
