    Rattle coming off plane

    I have a new 225 sho and I notice coming off plane if I really decelerate quickly I have a pretty loud rattle. Is that something normal. Motor runs perfect otherwise

    High high are you running the motor? 4 blade? Mine makes funny noises like that on deceleration and it’s the blade slapping the water.

    This is trimmed pretty high, it’s a 3 blade t2 but it’s possible. It does it everytime I come off plane from wide open. If I crack the throttle to keep the water from coming in it stops rattling. So it possible it is water I suppose. I compare it to a similar sound as the initial startup rattle
