What criteria do i need to look for in a charger to charge a 12v lithium marine battery? Im assuming any regular old charger wont work. I really dont want to mess up this battery by taking a chance.

Usually the manufacturer of the lithium battery has a charger to use. For me I have relion lithiums and I have a dual pro professional charger that was programmed with the relion lithium profile.

the Dual pro profile is the NANO profile and it works on most lithium's and is also sold with lith on the model #like a ss4lith or ps4lith
the minn kota are the 330pc, 345pc,460pc and the 445pc on AGM as John posted
also the NOCO gen3 and the gen4 is Lithium friendly
stealth also have lithium chargers
be sure to still check the manufacture specs.
