Question Bend in the shaft of my Fortrex

I have a slight bend in the 65'' of my fortrex and it makes it harder to steer with the pedal, i hit a stump and it bent is there a way to fix this? i was thinking about heating it a bit with a heat gun and try to make it straight but i dont want to damage the wires inside. Any ideas?

    Thanks!!

If you are talking about the outer shaft then it is not easy to straighten out. It takes a machinist with a lot of skill to straighten out. that is why it is much easier to replace. It is anodized aluminum. It is better to replace. The main shaft will flex and always come back to it's straight position.
But since you said it is hard to steer then it is the outer shaft that is the problem.

Yes, it will be the outer shaft. We keep them in stock.
