helix 10 g2n update question

I am finally trying to update my 2 birds. console has 10” mega si and the bow has 10” chirp gps that is using the ulterra sonar.

both show that version 1.900 is the most current software......are the 2 versions different, or can you use the 1 download for both units?

the console unit updated fine from 1.46, the bow unit has 1.40 and nothing happens when the sd card is inserted. I am not sure if it needs a different 1.900 update specifically for the gps unit, or if the version 1.40 is the problem since the new software mentions that it fixes a problem with updating 1.40

Each Helix unit has its own unique software. They are all listed separately on the HB website.
