A better picture would really help. I can't tell what the head shape is or what size hook is used.
This is the only other picture I have at the moment. The color is washed out, but it shows a better pic of the head.

Before you lose it take some more pics. I agree with Mike that it is a Arky head. The skirt color I recognize but will have to research the exact color. Skirt is black with some sort of glitter? I have some somewhere.

Go to Barlow's tackle website and look at the silicone skirt tab 637 Black with rainbow. That is what it looks like to me so just see if I am correct.
