No...not until I see evidence that it can compete with Garmin Livescope.

I'ma fence setter... Lowrance has a slew of stuff that needs tending to. LiveSight is simply one of many. IF it get's faster, IF it proves reliable and IF the PS1 module doesn't break the bank - maybe.

The “no” and “maybe” combined are a sizable percent.

I cancelled my order from Russell Marine Products after waiting almost 2 months. Need to figure out what Garmin unit I want on the bow to go along with the Lowrance HDS 12 live. Open to suggestions. Thanks

The Echomap 93sv plus was going for $600 a few months ago at Cabela’s. The new model is 1k. If you call Cabela’s 1800 customer service number they may be able to locate one. You will not find the $600 model on their website, only in stores.

Since you are running 2 units on the bow, have you considered this...https://www.cornfieldcrappiegear.com...t-6-arm-height. I would think with all the apparatus's on the bow it would help the "clutter" situation. Some of the people over on the Garmin board are using it.

Scroll down to the pictures and it shows how the mount handles the action of the boat in transit.

from what I have seen on here and the videos posted I am not real impressed. The garmin looks real compared to the livesight. Even the spotlight scan looked more real

No! I'd rather buy stock in JOUT and/or GRMN.

Wow!!! At best it would be 25% FOR and 75% NOT going to purchase this item as of today.. Didn't expect it to be that low and granted this is by no means scientific or a true indicator of how many Livesights Lowrance will sell. If it follows this pattern it will be a disappointment for the Lowrance users. On the other hand, if nobody has seen the competition they may be very satisfied with it. A person would think Humminbird has something in the works as well.

I can't help but think Lowrance is really going to take a hit on this one.

I think you are way off base with that line of thinking.

Livesight will be a useful tool, and it will sell. Simple as that.
