    Gen 2 Non touch updates

I've put in all of the updates I have found for the Gen 2 non touch HDS 7's I have. The clocks still do not work. Is there something I'm missing or not doing? My calls to Lowrance have not been returned. Any help apreaciated as I am at wits end.

You did a hard reset after doing the GPS-patch update? If not, save waypoints and get to it.

You’re using this one? Could be your SD card or could be your computer. Try a different browser & different SD card. You also need to make sure the time source is set for “local, this unit”. You don’t want it set to global. (Assuming you tried the hard reset that TC mentioned above).

How do you do a hard reset. I did it a long time ago but do not remember how. I've saved the way points and made sure time source was set for local this unit. I don't believe there is an issue with the download as every thing went smoothly. The 4.0 is the last one I used.

Thanks for the help. Looks good so far. I didn't realize that a hard reset was required after download. Manual says very little and Lowrance wouldn't return my scheduled calls.
