Sometimes you just want to choke people

Last Friday I hooked up to my new to me 206.
was pulling it to work. Leave early and head to Sam Rayburn for our Saturday Federation tournament

i turned into McDonald’s and made the extra wide swing so I could get to the speaker
halfway they turn some idiot came flying into side entrance going the wrong way

i cut truck wheel hard to left and gunned it to keep my truck from being hit
    instantly.
then I realized he was going to hit my boat!
i punched gas harder, he missed my boat and kept going!
on the other hand, my front left trailer tire and fender hit a pipe bollard

bent my tire/axle on a 30 degree angle and crunched my fender
i went home, called in and started working on trailer.
    took off tires
    axle ubolts
    dropped one spring bolt

was going to cut, straighten, weld axle but opted to use my press
    leveled axle with pipe jacks
used 40 ton press to straighten

checked hub with level and with squares

put it all back together and took off for Rayburn
    got to cabin at 11:30

Glad you had the know how to fix it. Champion 206 is a mighty big boat to be going through a drive thru with unless they are a lot larger down there than in my area, most around me I probably couldn't make the turn they are so tight. I just park my rig out back and walk in to the counter

This evening I take bent diamond plate off steps
have porta power ram and will straighten step frame

Will have to heat fender and use two hammers to remove dents and creases.
    Get it all straight
    weld back together
    sand
    repaint fender
    Be like new

I am tired of this black cloud following me around

Saturday I used grinder and cut out bracing

fired up torch and heated fender, used porta power to jack out

heat then use 2 four pound hammers and I reformed fender
straightened everything the welded braces back in

to night I use fiberglass gel to fil dimples in fender, sand then paint

ill find some matching pin stripes later and put on

Almost would've been better to let him hit your boat so it would be his fault and insurance would've gone after him. Sorry
