Ranger 395V Owners

Looking for other 395 others in particular. Do not see many of these 375, 485, or 495 boats laying around and hoping to just meet some other owners.

I had a 485 with a 150 Johnson Faststrike for 16 years. It was a great boat to have when my family was young. Now have a Z519 that's a great boat also.

I owned a 1984 395V with a Johnson 235 hp for about 10 years. Our boys were young and we had a blast fishing, skiing, and tubing with that boat! I sold it and ended up with another great Ranger - a 488VS. Now I have 3 grandchildren that go along with us in our Z522 which has tons of room and rides like a Cadillac. We have been blessed beyond measure!

I've got a 485V that I've done some updates to so that it more resembles a 482 now.

Looking at a 395VS this weekend for a new project.

I’ve got a 1995 Ranger 481v with a 175 Johnson on it that’s in such immaculate condition I’ve had people ask if it’s for sale every time Ive used it. They think it’s a 2yo boat and their jaw drops when I say it’s a 24yo boat. Funny thing is I only bought it last month and ran it 4 times total but I’ve had more compliments on this boat than I did my old nitro that I had for 4yrs.

not too many people have the 481v, most wanted the setback but I get similar performance with a jack plate and imo the setbacks look goofy.

I agree, my 485V with a 6" Atlas fits in the garage much easier and performance is more tunable.

I just got my first boat
It’s a 1994 363 V with a Mercury 150
Picked it up about a month ago and I love it !!
