    Vault Bearings

What would cause the grease to heat up to the point that it shoots out the rear seal on both sides of 1 axle at the same time? I checked the bearings and they are good.

Sounds like two bad seals that need to be replaced.

sounds like a dragging brake. check all brake calipers. This can cause your heating concern

Are you saying that new seals need mileage on them to seat properly?

On my last boat it was a failed caliper. Cooked the pads and the grease right out. Luckily it didn’t smoke till I hit the driveway. About 2 hours and 150 dollars and good to go
