    195v Jack plate?

    So whilst in the process of rebuilding my 88' 195v, I'm wondering if I should use a Jack plate? I'll be going with a 150 horse engine. Not too sure which one yet.... I know it wont reach it full potential as far as speed, but since I'm in CT and there is a 45 mph speed limit on lakes around here im not super concerned about that.

    A jack plate at 45 will be pretty much useless.
