If you would, please take a moment to review the Announcements at the top of the Forum, and be sure to provide the Required Info when posting. Thanks!

Good question for the Skeeter Forum. As a general rule of thumb, with the TM Gearcase you will want to START somewhere in the 23-24 pitch range (Bravo-1 FS, Fury, Fury 4, Tempest Plus).

The 26 Tempest is waaay to big. You will not come anywhere close to the 6200 rpms this V8 is designed to turn. I went thru all of this propping since July of last year on my repower.

    6200 is Max rpm
    I ran a 26 tempest on my 21x, 250 pro xs 4s
It is a little too big of prop, I ran 77mph @ 5900 rpm by myself. I'm running a 26 bravo that's been worked to about a 25.5, running 76mph @6100, by myself,
Loaded 2 big guys, livewells full, all tackle 3/4 gas
    73.5@ 5890rpm
    Hope this helps
