    I’ll comment.

    Great unit if you dont need all the bells and whistles of the Axiom.

    Produces some of the nicest images ive ever seen, and high quality built.

    I just bought a new Garmin for Livescope/Panoptix and will be selling everything else i have to make up the cost. But.....the Element will be the last one to go, if at all.

    That's a link to an Axiom. Am I missing something?

    LOL. All I wanted to say is I’m waiting the retail price to drop even more, like Axiom. See the difference between reduced MRSP and retail price for Axiom? See how soon ELEMENT prices are dropped? Within 6 months’ release?!

    Let’s see!

    Axiom is back to pre-tariff pricing.

    Go go anywhere online, Element isn’t the only electronics in the industry with deals.

    I really don’t understand why people continue to come on here to stir things up. I’m really close to checking out of BBC permanently.

    That's fair and makes some sense now that there is context to posting a link to another unit. Looks like I will be ordering an Element shortly, so hopefully will be able to figure out how to get some screenshots.

    Dragonfly 5” and 7” have 800 x 480 WVGA resolution, 3 or 4 years ago!

    now this low resolution is put on 7” and 9” ELEMENT. Wow, .........what an improvement!

    How bout we let the images do the talking... I’ve NEVER bashed another product anywhere on BBC and honestly have no idea why guys get off on the whole “keyboard warrior” thing.

    Garmin also put so a low resolution screen on Echomap Plus 9xSV, but it’s sold cheap for $599, also with a touch screen, and I bited.

    did somebody say something?

    Ive owned about 20 different units from different brands over the last couple years and the Element is the best at showing actual FISH on sidescan that ive seen.

    Plus their 2d and downvision are excellent.

    An Element that could run Panoptix would be the be all end all for me

    I’ll also add that echoMap didn’t have
    * 1500 nit screen
    * IPS scree
    * HyperVision 1.2 mHz
    * 6 channel all in one transducer

    I’m pretty sure that our forefathers established that apples are not oranges and oranges are not bananas. Why guys continue to come on here and make comparisons like that is beyond me. Trust me, I eat sleep and breathe marine electronics. It’s what I do for a living and it’s what I do for over 40 hours every week.

    As I’ve said many times before on BBC I’m not looking to start any trouble but I refuse to sit by idle while guys make false claims and want to start yapping or tearing down Raymarine with stuff that isn’t true.
